Rose water is rich in vitC & E as well as the astringent component tannins. It helps tone your skin by tightening the capillaries and at the same time, soothe and nourish the surface.

Personally, I've been using this toner for years now. On my bad skin days, I'd throw in a compressed mask and soak it with the toner and leave it on my skin for a couple of mins before my makeup routine. 🌹
